who are kidorikko?
kidorikko (きどりっこ) were a japanese new wave band formed in 1985 and they were active from then til 1991. they perfomed live for the first time in february 1985, and released their first casette album later that year. ( C'est L'elegance na Tanoshimi? )
i have been a fan of them for around 2 years now, and i cannot get enough of their music. it is so fun and playful and weird and wonderful, i love it so much.
i have made this shrine specifically to hopefully get more people into this band!!

Ten Chiyumi (てん ちゆみ)
the main singer and lyricist for the band!! born february 1st 1957. after kidorikko she formed a band called Junjo-Beya (純情部屋) with someone called fukuda in may 1991, but nothing is known about that band.
Sato Ryuichi (佐藤隆一)
played the synthesizer! born january 28th 1961
Matsumae Kimitaka (松前公高)
played the keytar!! born june 13th 1963. left in 1986. since then, he has become a video game composer. he started in 1991 and quit in 2009, but returned in 2021 to work on the opening and ending song for Cotton Reboot.
